Please note the Friend Request policy will be offered only to parents who volunteer to coach U5/U6 teams.  Please DO NOT email the office for a friend request unless you are also volunteering to coach a U5/U6 team.  (U4 teams are coaches by Club Staff).

U4 (Born 2020): Co-ed, once-a-week on Wednesdays; Instructor-led by West Rouge Soccer Staff. Program begins Monday, May 29, 2024.

The fields for all U4 programs will be at the West Rouge Community Centre, 270 Rouge Hills Drive.

Our introductory Active Start soccer program for beginners follows Ontario Soccer’s Grassroots development guidelines. This is a once-a-week, hour long program that teaches our young players simple ball activities like pass-receive-control and in doing so develop their motor skills and co-ordination. This program is led by our trained coaches with junior coaches for assistance.

U5 & U6 (Born 2019-2018): Co-ed, twice-a-week, two different  options Mondays &  Wednesday (Elizabeth Simcoe Park) or Tuesdays & Thursdays (St. Malachy CS). Program begins last week of May, 2024
 

Expands on the introductory Active Start program following Ontario Soccer’s Grassroots development guidelines. This is a twice-a-week, hour long program each day that progresses the young players motor skills that include quick start-stop, change of direction, with or without a soccer ball.
