In the Spring of each year, Scarborough Soccer Association hosts clinics for individuals interested in becoming a qualified match official.

Ontario Soccer offers two courses for those looking to become registered match officials in Ontario: Small Sided clinics and Entry Level Match Official clinics

Small-sided Games: Must be minimum 12 years of age by March 31st to be eligible to referee small-sided games (5v5 and/or 7v7).

Entry Level: Must be minimum 14 years of age by March 31st to be eligible to referee 9v9 and/or 11v11 games.

NOTE: To referee both types of games, you must attend all classes and pass the exam for both clinics.

Please bring completed form(s) and appropriate fee to our club office.

Once processed you will receive instructions to register at the online portal. This must be done at least 10 days before the start of the course.
