S4L - Soccer For Life (U13 - U18)

U13 to U18

From age 13 onwards soccer programs are separated by gender and players train and play games on a standard soccer field. Players typically train one night a week and play games on another night.

These programs follows the third stage of Ontario Soccer’s Soccer For Life (S4L) model.

S4L Is for the player who enjoys the game, wants to stay fit and play soccer with their friends, and keep soccer to 1 practice & 1 game per week, allowing time for part time jobs.
